CIB Risk COO - Record Steward

About the role

As a Record Steward in CIB Risk, you will support the CIB Risk Data Owner and provide day-to-day oversight of Data Retention and Destruction and related data-risk requirements. Based in India and a member of the CIB Risk COO team, you will work closely with the Risk Management and Compliance Data Risk Office, Information Owners, Site Owners, Business Managers, Control Managers and technology partners.

What you'll do

• Serve as the central point of coordination for CIB Risk records management activities and oversee compliance with applicable data retention
• Review monthly inventory reports and management dashboards; identify population changes, missing or incorrect ownership, retention-code gaps
• Coordinate monthly disposition activities for electronic and physical records, including targeted outreach, status tracking, follow-up and escalation of overdue actions
• Ensure Legal Hold and other restrictions are appropriately considered before disposition
• Lead periodic User Access Reviews for shared drives and SharePoint sites
