About the role

It encourages our partners & investors to transition from transactional investing for quick gratification to investing for fulfilment of critical life goals. Thus, our endeavour is to offer a basket of investment solutions which helps customers create a financially independent & happier tomorrow. We’re looking for a self-driven individual who can effectively drive sales in the assigned circle and ensure maximum market share for Axis Mutual Fund schemes.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain strong relations with the channel partners
• Build and implement strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in the given circle
• Work closely with the State Head to build circle level strategies on products and sales initiatives to help achieve revenue and sales targets
• Ensure proper planning and execution of the business strategies rolled out for all channels in the circle
• Planning and implementing activities for the channels as well as partners resulting in business growth
