What you'll do

• Own the Region. Build the Future of Tech-Enabled Retail
• Operate at the intersection of on-ground execution and intelligent retail — using real-time data, AI-assisted selling tools
• Drive same-store growth through conversion rate improvement, ticket size expansion, and repeat customer behaviour
• Use store-level performance data and AI-driven insights to identify high-potential micro-markets and unlock new growth pockets ahead of competition
• Build a culture of accountability where numbers are owned, tracked, and acted upon daily

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
