About the role

The Circle Business and Planning manager assists the circle head in achieving the business targets of the circle. The job holder is responsible for creating enablers for the branch resources to attain their business targets. The Circle Business and Planning manager also ensures optimum branch and resource productivity apart from managing the rural branch business of the circle.

What you'll do

• Establish budgets and targets and provide guidance to the Branch resources in preparing business plans for their respective areas
• Review and monitor performance of the Branches for ensuring achievement of all targets, productivity, quality and compliance standards
• Plan and ensure implementation of Branch expansion plans, upgradation of extension counters/ Branches and Points of Service, in line with the growth plans of the Bank
• Ensure rural branch objectives and targets are achieved successfully
• Ensure creation and successful execution of campaigns and initiatives

What you need

• 10–13 yrs of experience
• Any graduate
