Strengthen cloud security controls, identity and access management frameworks, and third-party risk management practices. Foster a strong security-first culture across the organisation through awareness and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Proven experience developing and executing enterprise security strategies.

What you'll do

• Lead enterprise-wide security strategy in a fast-growing fintech
• Shape security culture and risk governance at scale
• Define and execute the organisation's information security strategy and long-term roadmap
• Lead Security Operations, Application Security, Cloud Security, and Governance, Risk and Compliance programmes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, RBI guidelines, and the DPDP Act
