What you'll do

• Shape your Career with Citi
• Work proactively with the Underwriting team/ Asset Manager to ensure timely information flow/ communications among all internal stakeholders
• Review property-level financials (operating statements, rent rolls, NOI) and borrower/guarantor financial statements including REO exposure
• Oversee and review the work product of junior analysts, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality, accuracy
• Assist with classification and risk rating processes

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
• Underwriting
• Financial analysis
• CFA
• Credit risk
• Risk management
• Financial statements
• Chartered Accountant or CFA or MBA
