About the role

This is a high-ownership role, reporting directly to the central HQ in Bangalore.

What you'll do

  • Drive anchor sales with companies having annual revenues ranging from ₹50 to ₹1,000 crore
  • Design and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for anchor clients
  • Build, manage, and grow assigned portfolios while ensuring consistent performance
  • Lead a team of on-ground executives, ensuring excellent customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Ensure portfolio hygiene and manage collections effectively
