About the role

As the City Head for Business Loans at KreditBee, you will lead and oversee all aspects of business loan operations within your designated city. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing a team, and ensuring operational excellence to achieve

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business through the open market
  • Focusing on expanding the customer base and increasing market share
  • Utilize and expand a strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) in the market to

  • Effectively manage existing DSAs and recruit new ones, ensuring proper training
