Civil Engineer – Solar PMC

About the role

The Civil Engineer will manage and supervise all on-site civil works, structural installations, and infrastructure development for a GW utility-scale solar asset. This role focuses on executing massive piling campaigns for Module Mounting Structures (MMS), building robust foundations for heavy inverter stations and pooling substations, and deploying vast drainage networks to protect against flash flooding.

What you'll do

• Monitor grading, access roads, drainage, fencing, piling/foundations, cable trenches, equipment foundations, control room/yard and OHPL/MCR/PSS civil interfaces
• Verify dimensions, levels, embedment’s, concrete/workmanship status, reinstatement and workfront handover against approved drawings and ITPs
• Coordinate civil release of areas for MMS/tracker erection, equipment placement and electrical installation
• Report nonconformities, incomplete works and site readiness constraints to QA/QC and construction management
• Support measurement verification with QS through factual installed-work evidence
