About the role

The CLCM Marketing Executive will manage customer lifecycle marketing initiatives across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and merchant growth. The role involves campaign execution, CRM marketing, merchant communication, and performance analysis to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

What you'll do

  • Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp channels
  • Drive merchant/customer onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation initiatives
  • Manage campaign calendars and coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Creative teams
  • Track campaign performance metrics and optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze merchant/customer behavior and customer journey data for actionable insights
