Client Coordinator Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Client Coordinator Intern to support customer communication and coordinate orders from inquiry to delivery. The intern will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order execution while gaining practical experience in client servicing and order management.

What you'll do

• Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Assist in preparing quotations and sharing order details with clients
• Coordinate with production, printing, embroidery, and dispatch teams
• Follow up with clients regarding approvals, payments, and order updates
• Maintain accurate client and order records
