Client Director - Sales

About the role

This role serves as a senior client-facing leader, accountable for revenue acceleration, executive-level stakeholder management, and close partnership with both Milestone Client Executive and Delivery Leadership to ensure aligned growth, strong client satisfaction, and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

What you'll do

• Revenue Growth and Acceleration
• Own and drive revenue growth across the global pharma account
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities that expand the client relationship
• Build and execute account growth strategies aligned to client priorities and business objectives
• Partner with internal teams to shape and pursue high-value opportunities at scale
