About the role

Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process, from subscription activation to successful implementation and product adoption. Conduct customer kickoff and discovery meetings to understand business requirements, target markets, and expected outcomes. Configure customer accounts, workspaces, user access, and relevant product settings.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process, from subscription activation to successful implementation and product adoption
• Conduct customer kickoff and discovery meetings to understand business requirements, target markets, and expected outcomes
• Configure customer accounts, workspaces, user access, and relevant product settings
• Set up AI SDR agents, prospecting strategies, email sequences, follow-up workflows, and campaign configurations
• Configure AI agents, prompts, instructions, and automated workflows using 27x.ai Agent Studio

What you need

• 5–10 yrs of experience
