What you'll do

• Responding to internal client inquiries via email or Salesforce chatter
• Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
• Maintaining and updating customer records including contact updates, and other various updates
• Reviewing and processing legal documents

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• Customer service
• MS Office
• Documentation
• Salesforce
• Problem solving
• Any graduate
