What you'll do

• Facilitate new hire training on English grammar fundamentals, voice and accent
• Prepare recurring training reports to the respective training manager
• Assist recruitment team for screening candidates on voice and accent
• Audit frontline agents calls, record scores and observations on the call monitoring form
• Provide feedback and coach the client partners to improve their call handling, voice and accent training

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Medical coding
• MIS reporting
• Documentation
• Communication
• Any graduate
