About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on, and strategic leader to serve as Client Partner, managing TechBlocks’ top enterprise clients in the Retail Domain. This person will combine exceptional relationship skills with program management discipline, ensuring client satisfaction, delivery excellence, and growth across multiple accounts.

What you'll do

Client Leadership & Growth
Build deep, trusted partnerships with C-level and V-level executives (CIO, CTO, CDO, CPO, VP Engineering, CEO)
Define and execute multi-year account strategies focused on digital transformation, AI, and cloud modernization
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive proposal development in collaboration with practice and delivery teams
