What you'll do

• Serve as the primary client contact for payment-related inquiries, investigations, and servicing requests
• Develop trusted relationships with institutional clients by delivering proactive communication, timely updates
• Liaise with Payment Operations, Sanctions, and Relationship Management teams to resolve client issues
• Manage payment investigations involving wire transfers, payment recalls and delayed or returned payments
• Communicate with institutional clients via email, telephone, and virtual meetings, providing timely and professional updates
