Client Relations Associate

About the role

The ideal Client Relations Associate will have excellent communication and people skills and be experienced in customer service or hospitality. The work would nominally be at FreeElective Network's office in the heart of Chennai, a few miles from the IIT-Madras campus. Most of the team has been working remotely since March 2020, and the option to work from home remains available.

What you'll do

• Nurture leads by proactively communicating with prospects and tastefully promoting the value of our services
• Onboard new clients and guide them in getting the most out of Jodi365, curate matches for them, reach out to handpicked matches on their behalf, explore compatibility
• Support the client relations manager in cultivating strong relationships with clients, from first contact
• Record feedback from prospects, leads, and clients and provide timely and appropriate product and customer development input to the product, marketing, sales
• Remain current with new products/services/pricing as well as training, policy, and procedural updates
