Client Reporting, Senior Manager - State Street Investment Management

About the role

Working in-line with SSIM’s brand specifications and are responsible for creating client reports, fact sheets and new template designs as per the business requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end Client Reporting production and delivery across scheduled and ad-hoc reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, completeness, timeliness and quality
• Manage complex institutional client reporting requirements across multiple investment strategies, products and reporting formats
• Provide strong oversight of reporting calendars, SLAs, quality controls, exceptions, data issues and client escalations
• Work across upstream and downstream teams to identify root causes of reporting and data issues and drive sustainable resolution
• Drive standardization, operational efficiency, risk management and strong governance across the reporting lifecycle
