Client Reporting, Team Lead - State Street Investment Management

About the role

Working in-line with SSIM’s brand specifications and are responsible for creating client reports, fact sheets and new template designs as per the business requirements. Manage the day-to-day BAU and make sure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and processing, as well as adherence to controls. Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy

What you'll do

• Responsible for creating client reports, fact sheets and new template designs as per the business requirements
• Manage the day-to-day BAU and make sure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and processing, as well as adherence to controls
• Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy
• Follow-up with upstream team and communicate report status with client facing team or client as necessary
• Supporting and helping the associates and perform the quality check as per the procedure

What you need

• 7–8 yrs of experience
• Reporting
• Excel
• Investment banking
• PowerPoint
• Any graduate
