Client Service Associate, Client Management

What you'll do

• Collaborate with IT and other departments to streamline processes and improve data management systems
• Probate and Bankruptcy Case Handling: Manage and process cases involving deceased clients and bankruptcies, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met
• Liaise with legal teams, external partners, and family members to facilitate smooth transitions and resolve any issues
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of data handling processes to identify and mitigate risks
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly
