About the role

Streamline client account management process, enhancing operational efficiency and improve overall client satisfaction. Gather and analyze the client feedback to enhance product features and drive continuous improvement. Open to work in 24*7 Shifts, rotational weekly off, working from office environment

What you'll do

• Facilitate effective communication between clients and the development team, reducing turnaround time and ensure product meet the client's requirements
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with major industry players
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
