Client Tax - Associate

As a Client Tax Operations Associate within Client Tax Operations, you lead daily execution of key tax operations processes while managing business risk and supporting client and partner relationships across commercial and investment banking.

What you'll do

• Lead a team delivering controlled client tax operations execution and queue management across global markets
• Monitor tax payable and receivable accounts and report key metrics, trends, and exceptions
• Oversee nostro queue activity and ensure timely clearing of breaks, failures, and pending items
• Process tax refund monies with accuracy, timeliness, and appropriate approvals and documentation
• Escalate complex operational and stakeholder issues as the senior point of contact for the local team
