• Ensure progression of design quality maturity from initial concept through to final engineering sign-Off (FESO)
• Establishing and maintain the teamwork plan aligned to vehicle program
• Define appropriate engineering targets to meet function, quality and attribute requirements for the Vehicle Program
• Develop and maintain the design validation plan (DVP) including both in-house and supplier testing plan and ensure development signoff tests are completed on schedule
