About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Line Manager-CRA, to lead our Clinical Monitoring team in Navi Mumbai, India. As the sole CRA Manager in India, this role presents an opportunity to build and lead your own team and to take your career to the next level as you work closely with the Senior Director of Clinical Monitoring.

What you'll do

• Lead and line-manage a team of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs); Recruitment, training (initial and continued) and development of CRAs

• 4–7 yrs of experience

• Any graduate
