About the role

The Clinical Sales Specialist– Novocastra is responsible for driving commercial growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer partnerships across the assigned territory. This role will focus on building a strong sales funnel, increasing market share, and leading strategic engagements with key accounts and stakeholders.

• Help develop diagnostic solutions that turn anxiety into answers, and aid the acceleration of next-generation, life-changing therapies
• Responsible for driving commercial growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer partnerships across the assigned territory
• Own and achieve assigned Novocastra sales targets and business objectives by developing and executing territory growth plans
• Build and maintain a robust sales funnel, ensure accurate opportunity tracking through CRM systems
• Provide technical expertise, application support, troubleshooting, product optimization
