About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Specialist to join the Cloud Operations team in Bangalore. This role is responsible for the operational management, support, and lifecycle maintenance of cloud environments used to virtualise network functions within Vodafone’s core network.

What you'll do

• Manage and support cloud platforms including VMware vSphere, VMware Tanzu, VMware NSX, and Ericsson Cloud Native Infrastructure Solution (CNIS)
• Operate and maintain cloud environments that support virtualised network functions across multiple markets
• Troubleshoot critical incidents, perform fault isolation, and coordinate incident management activities to ensure service stability
• Implement security policies and remediate platform vulnerabilities in accordance with organisational standards and industry best practices
• Coordinate and support change management, fault management, problem management, and service request processes

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• VMware
• Any graduate
