About the role

Frontline Infrastructure Support Engineer (L3) serves as the Senior technical support for enterprise infrastructure, providing expert-level administration, troubleshooting, architecture guidance, and technical leadership across complex IT environments.

What you'll do

• Infrastructure Architecture & Engineering
• Design, implement, administer, and optimize enterprise infrastructure across Windows, Linux, virtualization, Kubernetes, storage, backup, cloud, and GPU platforms
• Define technical standards, best practices, and operational procedures to improve infrastructure reliability and scalability
• Advanced Incident & Problem Management
• Lead the resolution of complex and business-critical infrastructure incidents

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
• Linux
