Club Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, personable, and service-driven Club Receptionist to become the welcoming face of Soho House Mumbai. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, personality, and service standards of the House.

What you'll do

• Welcome members, guests, and visitors with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
• Manage reservations, enquiries, guest arrivals, and member requests across multiple House outlets
• Handle incoming calls and ensure enquiries are directed efficiently
• Support members with bookings, recommendations, and personalized service
• Coordinate guest lists and assist with events, screenings, and rooftop activations
