Cluster Business Head - FI & Agriculture| Kalaburagi

About the role

This role is responsible for managing the entire business activities of a Cluster for Agri Lending. The role also entails managing operations of Agriculture Lending, Commodity Finance, Program Based/ Tie Up Loans for farmers and other products and offerings of the vertical. This role will have the responsibility of the topline, ottomline and Fee income of the vertical of the assigned territory.

What you'll do

• Responsible for managing the entire business activities of a Cluster for Agri Lending
• Ensure the portfolio quality to minimize the NPA and credit losses
• Manage the activities of Agri & FI vertical in the assigned territory and ensure they are aligned with Bank’s strategic goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance with Regulatory requirements relating to Agriculture lending and comply with the PSL guidelines
• Own the annual budget of the team and review adherence on a monthly basis to ensure the delivery of the team on the budgeted lines
