About the role

Lead and manage the credit function across a cluster of branches for the Micro LAP business. Evaluate and approve Micro LAP proposals in line with the organisation’s credit policy and delegated authority. Ensure robust assessment of customers across income, repayment capacity, banking behaviour, bureau history, collateral, and overall creditworthiness .

What you'll do

Lead and manage the credit function across a cluster of branches for the Micro LAP business
Evaluate and approve Micro LAP proposals in line with the organisation’s credit policy and delegated authority
Ensure robust assessment of customers across income, repayment capacity, banking behaviour, bureau history, collateral, and overall creditworthiness
Review complex and high-value cases and provide sound, data-driven credit decisions
Ensure adherence to credit policies, processes, regulatory guidelines, and risk parameters
