The Cluster Manager – Business Banking is responsible for managing and scaling the business banking network across assigned branches. This leadership role involves developing strategies to achieve growth targets, optimizing operations and resources, and expanding the customer base through cost-effective and technology-driven solutions.

• Drive business growth across branches by building a strong business banking network
• Understand market dynamics and competitive landscape; provide feedback to product teams
• Collaborate with a team of branch managers to acquire clients, deepen relationships, and deliver comprehensive banking solutions
• Ensure pricing, processes, and policies align with organizational goals
• Build networks to promote multi-product sales across locations
