What you'll do

• Own and deliver the cluster-level sales, revenue, premium, and profitability targets
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth across the assigned territory
• Lead, coach, and motivate Branch Managers, Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and frontline sales teams
• Build a strong performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, regular reviews, and effective performance management
• Identify opportunities for market expansion, new customer acquisition, and increased market penetration
