Responsible for achieving the collections target in the assigned area while ensuring that SOPs and legal norms are followed as per process and organizational policy for X - Bucket Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPA's are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters

What you need

• 7–12 yrs of experience
• Collections
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
