About the role

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Cluster Manager for Offline Business Development & Account Management to join our organization in Delhi Shahdara, India. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all offline business development initiatives and account management operations across your assigned cluster, driving revenue growth while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

• Develop and execute comprehensive offline business development strategies to drive market expansion and revenue growth within the assigned cluster
• Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and account growth
• Lead and mentor a team of business development and account management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
