Cluster Manager

About the role

Cluster managers are assigned and stationed at various client/Zypp hubs to supervise daily operations.

What you'll do

• Monitor, track and supervise team leaders for rider sourcing and client deliveries
• Prepare a daily roster of tasks for team leaders and track competition within timelines
• Conduct daily briefings with riders and apprise/motivate them to achieve service standards and metrics
• Track and monitor the daily attendance of team leaders
• Ensure the safety of company assets and recover vehicles when necessary

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Two-wheeler
• Any graduate

What you get
