What you'll do

• Training Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement training plans for sales teams, branch staff, and distribution partners
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using performance data and business inputs
• Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for employees and intermediaries
• Ensure effective onboarding programs for new hires and agents

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
• MS Office
• Learning and development
• Onboarding
• Product strategy
• MIS reporting
• Any graduate
