CNC Operator

About the role

Understand the process requirement as per process drawing and start the production for shift output. Visually check the part after completion of machining as per standard to avoid visual defect. Getting the first part approval from QC and settter and continue further production. Frequently monitor the rated production as per planned cycle time to aviod production delay

What you'll do

• Perform the process as per Process Drawings and the observed and measured dimensions are recorded in TPI QC1
• Maintaining 5's in the working area and maintain as per check sheet
• Ensure the production and loss datas avaliable in the job card and handover to the supervisor at the end of the shift
