What you'll do
- Participate in Lean Implementation plan(SPS) and coordinate the execution at department level as per Suzuki production system
- Provide Training to workforce on SPS principles and techniques
- Co-ordinate high impact projects on lean which can deliver business /cost impact
- Conduct value stream mapping (VSM) in shop areas
- Co-ordinate in process improvement by applying 7 waste reduction methodologies
