Coating Operator

About the role

Operate tablet coating machines (e.g., Gansons, Neocota, Bectochem, Accela Cota, etc.) as per BMR instructions. Set process parameters like inlet/outlet temperature, spray rate, pan speed, and exhaust airflow. Prepare coating solutions/suspensions and verify the materials used as per SOP. Perform line clearance, cleaning, and changeover of equipment before and after each batch.

What you'll do

• Operate tablet coating machines (e.g., Gansons, Neocota, Bectochem, Accela Cota, etc.) as per BMR instructions. Set process parameters like inlet/outlet temperature
• Prepare coating solutions/suspensions and verify the materials used as per SOP
• Perform line clearance, cleaning, and changeover of equipment before and after each batch
• Monitor coating process for uniformity, visual defects, and adherence to quality parameters

What you need

• 1–3 years in technicians & trades
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
