What you'll do

• Review and accurately assign E/M codes for outpatient, inpatient & surgery physician services in accordance with current coding guidelines
• Ensure compliance with CPT, ICD-10-CM, CMS, and payer-specific regulations
• Analyze medical documentation to determine the appropriate level of service based on Medical Decision Making (MDM), time, and other applicable guidelines
• Conduct coding audits and provide feedback to providers when necessary
• Maintain productivity and quality standards established by the organization

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Medical coding
• Any graduate
