About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our Collections team as a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE). In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. Your main focus will be on collection efforts, where you will work closely with delinquent customers to recover overdue amounts.

What you'll do

• Be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships
• Work closely with delinquent customers to recover overdue amounts
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support
• Handle collection calls and visits, negotiating and resolving payment issues
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• CRM

• Communication
