What you'll do
- Build and manage real-time dashboards and MIS for
- Field effort & productivity (visits, PTP adherence, GPS tracking)
- Digital collections (campaign tracking, payment link conversion)
- Call Centre performance (call connect rates, dispositions, payment conversions)
- Build & manage real time dashboards for Key business metrics for acquisition, disbursement, productivity, penetration and profitability
