About the role

As a Collection Executive, you will be the front-line representative for our company, interacting directly with customers to resolve outstanding debts. Your primary goal will be to recover debts in a professional and respectful manner, while also providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

What you'll do

• Be the front-line representative for our company, interacting directly with customers to resolve outstanding debts
• Negotiate and agree on suitable repayment plans, considering the customer's financial situation and our company's policies
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including call logs, payment arrangements, and customer interactions
• Provide regular updates to customers on their account status and any relevant information regarding their debt
• Collaborate with the customer care team to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience throughout the collection process
