About the role

To execute recovery efforts for overdue accounts in the 0-30 days bucket through field visits, customer follow-ups, and resolution of disputes.

What you'll do

  • Conduct door-to-door visits to customers and negotiate repayment terms
  • Religiously follow Company's Cash Deposition Policy
  • Ensure that Collection Code of Conduct is followed in spirit
  • Educate customers on repayment terms and consequences of delinquency
  • Maintain professional relationships to encourage timely payments
