About the role
To execute recovery efforts for overdue accounts in the 0-30 days bucket through field visits, customer follow-ups, and resolution of disputes.
What you'll do
- Conduct door-to-door visits to customers and negotiate repayment terms

- Ensure that Collection Code of Conduct is followed in spirit
