Collection Executive

About the role

Maintain accurate records of collections, customer details, and daily activities. Achieve assigned collection targets and submit regular reports to the supervisor. Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Collect pending payments/dues from customers through calls and field visits
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and payment schedules
• Maintain accurate records of collections, customer details, and daily activities
• Achieve assigned collection targets and submit regular reports to the supervisor
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Collections
• Any graduate
