Collection Manager- Business- Lending Collections

About the role

The Collections team is responsible for managing overdue accounts, driving recovery performance, monitoring collection teams and agencies, and ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory guidelines and internal policies. The Collection Manager will be responsible for managing collection operations across the assigned territory, leading a team of collection executives, driving collection targets, and ensuring effective portfolio management.

What you'll do

• Drive and achieve collection targets for the assigned territory and portfolio
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of collection executives and field officers to achieve business targets
• Monitor team productivity, performance, attendance, and daily collection activities
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve recovery rates and control delinquency
• Review daily and monthly collection MIS and take corrective actions to improve team performance
