Responsible for Bkt Collection and W-off recovery in lending portfolio
Managing a Team of Collection Managers
Ensuring adequate manpower for portfolio coverage meeting CAPE norms
Ensuring Mobile App usage is 100% and quality feedback/trails are updated
Specific focus on Non starters and visiting delinquent cases
