About the role

To set up the entire TW operations department for collections, appoint competent agencies, follow process, policies and manuals of the department. Provide customer service both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure RBI and internal compliance matrixes are adhered to. Provide customer service both internal and external stakeholders.
